Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Talent INC The Studio handles information you choose to share through this website and by email.
Who this policy covers
This policy applies to this website and to the application and inquiry emails it directs you to send. It does not cover third-party websites we link to, including our Instagram and Facebook pages, which are governed by their own policies.
Information we collect
- Information you submit: the details you enter in the application form — name, email address, phone number, date of birth, optional social media link, the programs you are interested in, and any message you write.
- Photos and materials you email: the three submission photos, and any portfolio or resume you send to us voluntarily.
- Email correspondence: messages you send to us and our replies.
We ask only for what we need to evaluate an application. Please do not send Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, government ID images, or medical information through this site or in an initial application email. We do not request them, and we do not need them to review you.
Why we use it
- To review your application and decide whether to schedule a follow-up meeting.
- To contact you about your application, classes, scheduling and studio logistics.
- To send optional updates about programs, showcases and open calls — only if you separately opt in, and you can withdraw at any time.
- To keep records of who has trained with us and to respond to questions later.
How the application form works
The application form on this site collects your entries in your browser and shows a confirmation screen. It does not create an account and does not store your submission in a customer database on this website. Completing the form is step one; your application is reviewed once you email your photos to dillonnthestudio@gmail.com. Anything you email is received and retained in our email account.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not run Google Analytics, Google Ads tags, Meta Pixel or similar third-party trackers on it. Because there is no non-essential tracking to turn off, there is no cookie banner. Our hosting provider may process standard technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve pages and protect the site.
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and browser Do Not Track signals by design: there is nothing on this site that sells or shares personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If we ever add analytics or advertising technology, we will update this policy and add a consent tool before those tags load.
Who we share information with
We use ordinary service providers to operate — an email provider and a website host — and your information may be processed by them for that purpose. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the safety of our students, staff or studio. If you ask us to submit you to an agency, casting director or partner, we share what is needed for that submission with your knowledge.
Minors
We train youth performers, so applications for minors should be completed and submitted by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian may contact us at dillonnthestudio@gmail.com to review, correct or request deletion of a minor's information.
Retention and security
We keep applications and correspondence for as long as needed to evaluate and support your training, and then only as long as reasonably necessary for our records. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access-controlled email accounts and an HTTPS-served website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
- Ask what information we hold about you, or ask for a copy.
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date.
- Ask us to delete your application and photos.
- Opt out of optional updates at any time by replying to any message or emailing us.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national privacy law. Email dillonnthestudio@gmail.com and we will respond. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the studio changes. The effective date at the top of this page shows the current version.
